DIVORCE Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes surprised many people. Because of all this, the couple who married in November 2006 is known to be very harmonious. Hollywood couples divorce proceedings are, into a more serious stage. They both want to win numerous court decisions.
As a mother, Katie has taken many initiatives in her divorce from Tom. She moved residence to a luxury apartment in Manhattan to demand custody of the child and the various allowances that must be answered Tom. For the sake of winning the lawsuit, she also filed suit for divorce from New York City, because it can allow her to get custody of Suri.
Meanwhile, a source quoted by www.hollywoodlife.com, (08.07.2012), said Tom really afraid of losing control of Katie, divorce and rights related to the adoption of Suri, the child of their marriage. In an effort to gain control, Tom tries to move to California divorce court, but it seems most likely the case will be settled in New York.
But now,both of them have found an agreement. As reported by TMZ on Tuesday (7/10/2012), the reason they accelerate this agreement is solely for the sake of their only child, Suri Cruise. Thus said a source who declined to be named.
A week ago after Holmes filed suit for divorce, both parties then becomes a weapon hostile and Suri. Holmes wants to stop Cruise, makes all decisions on Suri but this Mission Impossible actor, fought back.
Only, things changed after a long conversation about Suri and the the possibility that will happen to the little girl was six years old when her parents fought in court.
Holmes' attorney, Jonathan Wolfe, said it had reached an agreement between two parties. "This case has been resolved and an agreement has been signed. We are happy for Katie and her family and attempts to start a new life," said Wolfe again.
