The artist Christy Jusung wanted to get a divorce from Hengky Kurniawan. She encouraged lawyers to settle the case in the near future, because there is an agreement to get divorce.
"We wanted to quickly cut off. This means that both parties have agreed and realized this was no longer sustainable and how to split up nicely so that there is no problem in the future. Even if there are answers and argue is sure for a little bit," said attorney Jusung Christy, Christy AP Patandjenengi when found in the Religious Court of South Jakarta, Wednesday (25/7).
Both Christy and Hengky attorney did come late in the trial. Finally, the trial had to be postponed until next Sunday. "So because the trial was postponed, and the agenda to answer the defendant will be held on August 1th, there will be a witness answers," he said.
Then, what about the fate of their children? "Automatically the child according to the law are under the age of a right of the mother," he concluded.
